 It is with sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Doretha W. Jenkins of Ridgeville.  Doretha W. Jenkins, 68, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017. Doretha was born in Ridgeville, SC to the late JB White, Sr. and Mrs. Luvenia White. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Marion L. Jenkins, mother, Mrs. Luvenia White, daughter, Dr. DaNine J. Fleming (Travis), grandchildren Donald E. “Chip” Reid, Jr. Donovan D. Reid, Sydnei L. Fleming, and Donte` D. Reid, son in law, Donald E. Reid, Sr., siblings Mr. JB White, Jr. (Charlotte), Rev. Floyd W. White (Lorraine), Mrs. Verdell Crowe (Frank), Mr. Abraham White (Miriam), Mrs. Claressa Geddis (Anthony), and Ret. Sergeant First Class Eric White. Doretha was proceeded in death by her father, Mr. JB White, Sr., and daughter Tonya D. Reid. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Canaan United Methodist Church Family Life Center in Ridgeville.Viewing and Visitations will be Monday July 24, 2017  from 6-8 at the Funeral Home.  Services are entrusted to Aiken-Capers Funeral Home.
